Rolfing Structural Integration

Rolfing uses a whole body approach of manual therapy and movement education to create balance and ease within the bodies' structure. Rolfing can be a long-term solution for chronic pain, realigning structure while releasing holding and tension patterns.

About Kelly Phillips

Kelly Phillips grew up in Yellowstone National Park and developed a deep connection to nature early on. While attending college, she balanced her studies with a demanding career as a Wildland Firefighter. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Colorado State University, all while dedicating 13 years to firefighting. Her experience spanned across several crews, including the Helena Hotshots, Type 2 Crews, Helitack & SAR, and Wildland Fire Modules. Like many in her field, Kelly faced physical challenges and injuries from the intense demands of the job.

In her search for healing from persistent knee and neck pain, Kelly discovered Rolfing®. After completing the 10-series with additional advanced sessions, she found the relief she was seeking. Inspired by the results, she enrolled at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO, in January 2020. Despite school delays caused by the pandemic and the growth of her family, she successfully graduated as a Certified Rolfer®.

Kelly believes that pain is often rooted in various life experiences, both past and present. Through Rolfing, she helps clients release those deep-seated patterns, creating a more balanced and aligned body. Now practicing in Cody Wyoming, Kelly is excited to share the benefits of Rolfing with her community and is dedicated to helping others find relief.
